Terms and Conditions — Dan’s Garage Door Repair Co., LLC

By requesting, scheduling, or accepting any service provided by Dan’s Garage Door Repair Co., LLC (“Dan’s Garage Door Repair Co.”), the client

(“Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions in full.

1. After-Hours, Weekend, and Holiday Services: Services performed outside standard business hours are subject to an additional after-hours fee, assessed

upon completion and subject to change without notice. Services rendered on Saturdays, Sundays, or recognized holidays may incur an additional weekend or

holiday service fee, applied upon completion and subject to change at the sole discretion of Dan’s Garage Door Repair Co., LLC.

2. Services Outside Lubbock City Limits: Any services performed beyond Lubbock city limits may include an additional long-distance or travel service fee,

which is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

3. Right to Refuse Service: Dan’s Garage Door Repair Co., LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person, property, or entity for any

reason, at any time, without liability or obligation.

4. Limitation of Liability: Dan’s Garage Door Repair Co., LLC shall not be liable for any loss, theft, breakage, or damage to items, vehicles, tools, or furniture

left within, near, or adjacent to the garage or work area during installations, repairs, tear-downs, or estimates. The Company is not responsible for unsecured,

unattended, or unprotected items during any pause, delay, or suspension in maintenance or service. Any damage to doors, materials, or hardware caused by

the Customer, their representatives, or bystanders will not be replaced or repaired without additional charge. Under no circumstances shall Dan’s Garage Door

Repair Co., LLC be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business, or loss of revenue.

5. Scheduling and Availability: All scheduled maintenance, service appointments, and installations are subject to change due to weather, availability of

materials, or unforeseen circumstances. Dan’s Garage Door Repair Co., LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment for reasons of safety,

logistics, or material delay.

6. Warranty Limitations: Any warranty provided or purchased for garage door motors, remotes, light bulbs, circuit cards, assemblies, wiring, or garage doors

shall be immediately void if such items are altered, clipped, burnt, torn, crushed, or tampered with by anyone other than an authorized Dan’s Garage Door

Repair Co., LLC technician. Improper handling of circuit card assemblies may cause Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), which can result in malfunction or damage,

thereby voiding any warranty. Improper storage, misuse, or installation of garage doors, hardware, or electrical components by the Customer or a third party

shall void all warranties and may result in legal action for damages.

7. Legal Responsibility for Materials and Use: Any improper handling, storage, or use of materials, garage doors, electrical systems, or equipment by

individuals other than authorized Dan’s Garage Door Repair Co., LLC technicians that results in damage to vehicles, machinery, or property may result in civil

or legal action. Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring a safe and secure work environment during all services.

8. Payment Terms and Refund Policy: All sales and services are final. Requests to pause, undo, alter, or redo work after service initiation are subject to

additional charges determined by Dan’s Garage Door Repair Co., LLC. If a Customer requests that a service be paused or left incomplete, no refunds shall be

issued for work performed or materials ordered. Payment in full is required upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dan’s Garage Door Repair Co., LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from

and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from the Customer’s misuse, negligence, or failure to follow

safety instructions.

10. Force Majeure: Dan’s Garage Door Repair Co., LLC shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable

control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, equipment failure, or labor disruptions.

11. Intellectual Property: All logos, images, text, designs, and photographs displayed on this website or in printed materials are the exclusive property of Dan’s

Garage Door Repair Co., LLC and are protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. No material may be copied, distributed, reproduced, or altered without

written consent from Dan’s Garage Door Repair Co., LLC.

12. Acceptance of Terms: By engaging in any transaction, scheduling services, or receiving materials from Dan’s Garage Door Repair Co., LLC, the Customer

acknowledges and agrees to all terms herein. These terms are subject to change without prior notice.
